Lead Quality
A valid lead is a homeowner or property decision-maker who submitted a request or inquiry for the relevant service in the agreed service area and provided usable contact information.
Invalid lead review requests must be submitted within 48–72 hours of delivery unless another written agreement says otherwise. This keeps review fair, timely, and based on fresh lead activity.
To request a replacement, the contractor should send the lead name, date received, reason for dispute, and any supporting notes such as wrong number, duplicate, outside service area, or no service request.
A duplicate lead is only considered invalid if the same homeowner with the same contact details was already delivered during the agreed campaign review period.
If the lead address or city is outside the agreed service area, the lead may qualify for replacement if reported within the review window.
If the phone number is clearly unusable or belongs to someone who did not submit the request, the lead may qualify for replacement.
AI-powered workflows may help tag leads, organize follow-up, identify missed opportunities, and support reporting. AI does not determine whether a job closes and does not replace the contractor's sales process.
The contractor must contact leads quickly, track outcomes honestly, and provide feedback on lead quality. Prime Client Flow is responsible for lead delivery and agreed workflow setup. The contractor is responsible for sales follow-up, pricing, availability, and closing.
Prime Client Flow can help generate and deliver qualified homeowner inquiries and support lead follow-up with AI-powered automation, but closed jobs depend on the contractor's response speed, sales process, pricing, reputation, availability, service quality, and market conditions. No agency can honestly guarantee booked jobs or closed revenue from every lead.
