The terms that govern use of the Prime Client Flow website and services.
Prime Client Flow provides verified homeowner lead generation, CRM setup, AI-powered follow-up automation, reporting, and related services to home-service contractors under written or electronic agreement.
Setup fees, test batch fees, and monthly fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ad spend is separate and is funded by the contractor through their own ad account or an agreed campaign budget.
Lead quality, valid lead criteria, and the replacement process are governed by the Lead Quality. Closed jobs are not guaranteed.
AI-powered workflows are tools to support lead management, follow-up, and reporting. AI does not replace the contractor's sales process and does not guarantee booked jobs or closed revenue.
The contractor is responsible for sales follow-up, pricing, scheduling, service delivery, customer experience, licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
Prime Client Flow's liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the contractor for the affected service period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Setup fees and test batch fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
