Prime Client Flow helps contractors manage the leads they already receive by setting up CRM, AI-powered follow-up automation, reporting, and related services under written or electronic agreement.
Setup fees and flat monthly fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. There are no per-lead fees.
Prime Client Flow helps contractors manage the leads they already receive by setting up CRM, AI follow-up, and automation, but does not guarantee booked appointments, closed jobs, revenue, or specific business outcomes. Results depend on the contractor's response speed, sales process, pricing, reputation, availability, and market conditions.
AI-powered workflows are tools to support lead management, follow-up, and reporting. AI does not replace the contractor's sales process and does not guarantee booked jobs or closed revenue.
The contractor is responsible for sales follow-up, pricing, scheduling, service delivery, customer experience, licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
Prime Client Flow's liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the contractor for the affected service period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
